JUDGMENT / ORDER

The prayer sought for in the writ petition is to consider the petitioner's representation dated 21.10.2017 by the first respondent.
2. Heard both sides.
3. In view of the limited prayer sought for, I do not intend to go into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner in his representation. Hence, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 21.10.2017 on its own merits and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law after giving due opportunity to the fifth respondent and other persons who are interested in the dispute.
4. Such an exercise shall be completed within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is made clear that I have not passed any of my views with regard to the merits of the representation.
5. With the above directions, the writ petition stands disposed of. No Costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
