JUDGMENT / ORDER

It is represented by the learned Government Advocate that the order which is the subject matter of contempt as well as the order of interim direction dated 07.02.2017 passed in this contempt have been complied in the form of communication of the Tahsildar, Chinnasalem M.SATHYANARAYANAN, J., sk/rka Taluk dated 03.03.2017 in Na.Ka.No.A6/6081/2016 and he has also produced a copy of the said communication before this Court. It is taken on file and recorded. 2 In the light of the same, contempt petition is closed. However, if the petitioner is aggrieved by the said communication, he is always at liberty to challenge the same in accordance with law, before the competent Forum.
