[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH,J.] Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.
2.The learned Special Government Pleader would submit that third respondent has sent a proposal to the first respondent in Na.Ka.No.849/C4/E1/2017, dated 24.07.2017.
3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that in such view of the matter, the respondents may be directed to pass appropriate orders.
4. Considering the above submission, the first respondent shall pass orders on the proposal sent by the third respondent, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5.With the above direction, the Contempt Petition is closed.
