JUDGMENT / ORDER

There is no representation on behalf of the plaintiffs, the learned counsel for the defendants 1, 4, 7 to 9 are present.
2. Application to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased plaintiff was allowed as early as on 30.08.2016 itself. Thereafter, the plaintiff has not taken any steps to file the amended copy of the plaint. As per rules, the plaintiff has to take steps within fourteen days to amend the plaint. Despite several opportunity was given, the plaintiffs have not complied with the order of this Court. Hence, the suit is dismissed for default. No costs.
