JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsels appearing for the respondents.
2. The prayer in the writ petition is for a writ of mandamus to direct the 5th respondent to dispose of the petitioner's claim for pension, in accordance with the reply letter of the 4th respondent, dated 15.2.2002, made in R.C.1619/A1/2001.
3. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents has no objection for this Court passing such an order granting the relief as prayed for by the petitioner.
4. In view of the submissions made on behalf of the petitioner, as well as the respondents, the 5th respondent is directed to dispose of the petitioner's claim for pension, as prayed for, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is to enclose a copy of his claim for pension, as well as the reply of the 4th respondent, dated 15.12.2002, along with the order. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
