JUDGMENT / ORDER

It is reported that an appeal has been moved against Ext.P2 judgment wherein an interlocutory application for injunction was filed. Both sides agreed that the application for temporary injunction in the appeal is heard and orders are awaited.
2. The parties shall maintain status quo till orders are pronounced on the application for temporary injunction in the appeal suit pending.
No further directions are warranted and the Original Petition is disposed of.
