Petitioners are existing operators of stage carriages. They are objecting the revision of timings sought for by the 2nd respondent for operation of his stage carriage KL-02/Q 3663 in the route City - Medical College Housing Colony. Ext. P1 is the existing timings of the 2nd respondent. It is evident from Ext.P3 that the 2nd respondent had approached this court seeking direction for disposal of the application for revision. This court had directed the 1st respondent to consider his representation seeking for revision of timings, with notice to the others interested, within a period of 2 months from the date of production of the judgment. It is stated that the petitioners have submitted Ext.P4 to Ext.P6 objections. Now the petitioners are seeking relief by way of direction to the 1st respondent to consider such objection. 2. Since it is already directed by this court that the 1st respondent shall consider the request of the 2nd respondent with WP(C). 16342/2014 2 notice to all others interested, I do not think any further direction is required in the matter.
3. Hence no relief is warranted in this writ petition.
The writ petition is dismissed.
