JUDGMENT / ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by T.S.SIVAGNANAM, J.] Heard Mr.J.Alaguram Jothi, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.T.Mohan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2.
2.This petition has been filed alleging that the detenue has been detained by the private respondents herein against her will and the petitioner claims that he was in love with the detenue. There is no allegation that there was marriage between the petitioner and the detenue. On receipt of the complaint, the respondent police enquired the detenue and recorded her statement, wherein she has stated that she is happy and safe with her parents.
3.Hence, there is no ground to issue the direction as prayed for and this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
