JUDGMENT / ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent police not to harass the petitioner and his family members under the guise of enquiry.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the respondent police frequently called the petitioner and his family members and harassed them under the guise of enquiry.
4. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side)on instructions, would submit that no petition and no CSR is pending against the petitioner. He would further submit that since no petition is pending against the petitioner, the petitioner's appearance is not at all required by the respondent Police. Hence, there is no scope of harassment as alleged by the petitioner.
5. Recording the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side), this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
