JUDGMENT / ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) The writ petition is based merely on an apprehension of the petitioner arising from the notice dated 26.11.2016 to which the petitioner has filed objections on 28.11.2016. Thus, any action to be taken by the respondent authorities would only be in accordance with law after passing the appropriate order.
