JUDGMENT / ORDER

Claiming to be a handicapped person, a representation was made by the petitioner on 13.06.2016 seeking permission to run the bunk shop. Since the same has not been considered, the present writ petition has been filed.
2. Considering the pendency of the representation made by the petitioner, without going into the merits of the case, a direction is issued to the petitioner to send a copy of the representation along with this order within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of the same, the second respondent either by himself or through his official look into the same and pass orders on the said representation dated 13.06.2016 within a period of four weeks thereafter.
3. The writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs.
