Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, Mr.Rajmohan, Inspector of Police, District Crime Branch, Karur District, is present. On instructions, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the order dated 14.03.2016 passed by this Court has been complied with and investigation in Crime No.25/2015 has been completed and charge sheet has been filed before the Judicial Magistrate, No.I, Karur on 06.03.2017 and the same has not been taken on file by the Judicial Magistrate, No.I, Karur.
2.Recording the same, this Contempt Petition is closed with a direction to the Judicial Magistrate, to pass appropriate orders on the chargesheet filed by the police.
