JUDGMENT / ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) The contempt petition is affirmed on 7.9.2015. The learned Government Pleader states that the order dated 19.12.2014 was complied with albeit belatedly on 19.9.2016, after serving notice on the offending party.
The aforesaid statement is taken on record and the petition, accordingly, stands disposed of. No costs.
