The petitioner has submitted an application for regularisation of a construction, Exhibit P3. The application has been acknowledged receipt of by Exhibit P3(a). Exhibit P3 was received on 20.10.2012. The petitioner seeks the issue of appropriate directions for the consideration of Exhibit P3, which according to him is still pending. In view of the limited relief sought, this writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent to consider Exhibit P3 application in accordance with law and to pass appropriate orders thereon, as expeditiously as possible and at any rate within a period of one month of the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
