JUDGMENT / ORDER

Petitioner is the 3rd accused in Crime No.138 of 2014 of the Kannavam Police Station for various offences under the Indian Penal Code and Sec.3(1)(x) of the SC/ST (PA) Act. Petitioner seeks anticipatory bail.
2. I have heard the learned Public Prosecutor and learned counsel for the petitioner.
3. Petitioner had filed B.A.No.1925 of 2014 which this Court dismissed on 20.03.2014 in view of the bar under Sec.18 of the aforesaid Act. I do not find any change of circumstance to entertain this application.
4. Learned counsel seeks direction for surrender of the petitioner.
The application is dismissed with the following directions:
(i) It is open to the petitioner to surrender before the investigating officer.
(ii) In case the petitioner is arrested, he shall be produced before the jurisdictional magistrate as early as possible.
