JUDGMENT / ORDER

HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE VILAS V. AFZULPURKAR WRIT PETITION No.15946 OF 2012 Date:15.04.2014 Between:
Movva Ramesh .. Petitioner And The Government of Andhra Pradesh, Rep., by its District Collector, Guntur, Guntur District and others .. Respondents HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE VILAS V. AFZULPURKAR WRIT PETITION No.15946 OF 2012 ORDER:
The petitioner is questioning the action of the Tahsildar, Repalle Mandal – the 3rd respondent in not taking further action in pursuance of proceedings, dated 11.05.2012, with respect to removal of Haystack. The said proceeding itself shows that the Haystack was kept on the land in such a way that there is danger, if fire accident takes place, and it may obstruct the neighbouring houses. The petitioner, therefore, made a complaint and on that the proceedings, dated 11.05.2012, were issued by the 3rd respondent. Alleging that no further action is taken, the present writ petition is filed.
On 30.05.2012, while issuing notice before admission, this Court had given interim direction to the respondents to take further action in pursuance of the said proceedings, dated 11.05.2012.
It is reported by the learned counsel for the petitioner that in pursuance of the interim order, dated 30.05.2012, the Haystack has since been removed by the Tahsildar. Hence, no further orders are required to be passed in this writ petition.
The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
The miscellaneous petitions, if any, filed in this writ petition shall stand closed.
