JUDGMENT / ORDER

IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT HYDERABAD FOR THE STATE OF TELANGANA & THE STATE OF ANDHRA PRADESH (Special Original Jurisdiction) MONDAY, THE ELEVENTH DAY OF AUGUST TWO THOUSAND AND FOURTEEN PRESENT THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE VILAS V. AFZULPURKAR WRIT PETITION No.22620 of 2014 BETWEEN Motupalli Kamakshi Kanaka Durga.
AND ... PETITIONER Government of Andhra Pradesh, Rep. by its Secretary, Revenue Department and others.
...RESPONDENTS Counsel for the Petitioner: MR. M. ROOPENDER Counsel for the Respondents: GP FOR REVENUE – R1, R3 & R4 GP FOR MUNICIPAL ADMN. & URBAN DEVELOPMENT – R2 MR. S. LAKSHMI NARAYANA REDDY – R5 The Court made the following:
ORDER:
When I had heard this matter on 08.08.2014, learned counsel for the petitioner was unable to explain the maintainability of this writ petition in the teeth of the orders of the Division Bench of this Court in PIL.No.166 of 2014 dated 07.07.2014 where identical prayer of the petitioner herein was rejected giving liberty to the petitioner to approach appropriate forum.
2. However, instead of approaching the appropriate forum, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition, apparently, misconstruing the liberty granted by the Division Bench in the aforesaid order.
Hence, the writ petition is dismissed as not maintainable. However, petitioner may avail the remedies as directed by the Division Bench. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
