THE HON’BLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE SRI KALYAN JYOTI SENGUPTA AND THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR PUBLIC INTEREST LITIGATION No.166 of 2014 Order: (per the Hon’ble the Chief Justice Sri Kalyan Jyoti Sengupta) Learned counsel for the petitioner, after arguing for some time, says that he will approach the appropriate forum. As such, he wants to withdraw this matter.
We dismiss the Public Interest Litigation as being withdrawn with liberty to file afresh in accordance with law before the appropriate forum, as may be advised. There shall be no order as to costs.
