Heard learned counsel for the applicant, the reasons and ground for grant of ad interim anticipatory bail is substantiated.
Accordingly, the interim anticipatory bail is extended till submission of police report under Section 173(2) of Cr.P.C., on previous terms and conditions.
This application bail application is disposed of, accordingly.
