This appeal was filed on 22.7.2002 and notices were directed to be issued to the respondents by registered post A/D by order of this Court dated 4.5.2018.
Office has reported on 27.11.2018 that the appellants have not taken steps and have not supplied the following requisites in the office:-
1. Copy of appeal- 6 copies.
2. Stamp- Rs. 6x190= 1140/
3. Acknowledgement-6.
So the notice could not be issued.
The matter is listed today under Chapter XII Rule 4 of the Allahabad High Court Rules and Sri N.K. Pandey, learned counsel for the appellant has sent his illness slip. It is clear from perusal of the order sheet that on previous several occasions, illness slips/adjournment was sought on behalf of the appellant.
Therefore, the request for adjournment is declined.
This matter being listed today under Chapter XII Rule 4 of the Rules of the Court and no steps having been taken for issue of notice, the appeal is dismissed.
