The sole relief claimed in the instant petition is for issusing a direction to the trial Court to decide Original Suit No. 432/2011, within a stipulated time.
The suit is pending at the instance of the petitioner. The suit is at the stage of recording of the evidence. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the defendants are delaying the disposal of the suit.
Having regard to the facts of the case and the submissions made, the instant petition is disposed of by directing the trial Court to make all endeavour to decide the suit, expeditiously, without granting unnecessary adjournments.
