Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and perused the record.
The present petition has been filed for direction upon the court of Civil Judge (Jr. Div.), Azamgarh to decide restoration/recall application no.162 of 2007 in Suit No.4 of 1989 within stipulated period.
Considering that a recall application is allegedly pending, this Court considers it appropriate to observe that the court concerned, in absence of any legal impediment, shall endeavour to consider and decide the recall/restoration application, if any pending, expeditiously without entertaining unnecessary adjournments from the parties.
With the aforesaid observation, the petition is disposed off.
