Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents.
The writ petition has been filed seeking the following ground-
"i) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no.1 to decide the case No.242/T- 201717650103295, under Section 34 U.P. Land Revenue Act, village Bhainsahi, Tappa Mohabara, Tehsil Dhanghata District Sant Kabir Nagar expeditiously within stipulated period fixed by this Hon'ble Court."
It is stated that a mutation case is pending consideration since the year 1998.
Under the circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent no.1, Tehsildar, Tehsil Dhanghata District Sant kabir Nagar to endeavour to decide the case of the petitioner expeditiously preferably within a period of two months from the date a certified copy of this order is filed before him.
