Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and perused the record.
The present petition has been filed for direction upon the court of Civil Judge (Jr. Div.), West, Ballia to decide Execution Case No.8 of 2014 (Motilal and others Vs. Shiv Dhani and others) within stipulated period.
From the order-sheet of the case it appears that the record of the proceeding was received on 7th February, 2018 from another court and thereafter the court fixed 7th March, 2018 for filing objection. Thereafter, now the date for filing objection is 28th April, 2018.
In view of the above, this Court does not consider it necessary to issue any direction. It is expected that the court concerned shall proceed with the matter in accordance with law without entertaining unnecessary adjournments from the parties.
With the aforesaid observation, the petition is disposed off.
