Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State respondent.
Petitioner is before this Court with a request commanding the respondent no. 2, Nideshak Panchayati Raj, Lohia Bhawan Aliganj, Sector-3, Lucknow to consider the claim of the petitioner dated 30.6.2020 (Annexure No. 6 to the writ petition) in accordance with law and in view of judgment decided by this Court in Writ-A No. 4674 of 2010 (Ashok Kumar Srivastava and others Vs. State of U.P. and others) and Writ-A No. 23580 of 2015 (Babu Lal Sharma and 2 others Vs. State of U.P. and 3 others) within stipulated period.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for redressal of his grievance, the petitioner has already made a detailed representation to the respondent no. 2 on 18.5.2020, which is still pending for consideration.
Learned Standing Counsel very fairly that in case any such representation is still pending for consideration and has not been disposed of, the same will be considered and decided expeditiously.
In view of the above, on consent and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the issue and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this writ petition is disposed of finally asking the second respondent to look into the grievance of the petitioner and pass an appropriate order strictly in accordance with law and in the light of the aforesaid judgments within three months from the date of production of a copy of this order before him.
The party shall file computer generated copy of such order downloaded from the official website of High Court Allahabad, self attested by the petitioner alongwith a self attested identity proof of the said person (preferably Aadhar Card) mentioning the mobile number to which the said Aadhar Card is linked.
The concerned Court/Authority/Official shall verify the authenticity of such computerised copy of the order from the official website of High Court Allahabad and shall make a declaration of such verification in writing.
