JUDGMENT / ORDER

Today there is an illness slip of Sri S.C. Verma, learned counsel for the opposite party nos. 1 &2. Learned counsel for the applicant has opposed the illness slip. He has further filed a supplementary affidavit on behalf of the applicant annexing photograph taken on 4.1.2010 of the land in dispute in which it is shown that some construction work is going on. According to the learned counsel for the applicant despite specific order restraining the opposite parties from raising the constructions, they in willful defiance have been carrying on the constructions and on the other hand delaying the hearing of the contempt proceedings.
Put up this case in the additional cause list on 13.1.2010.
Learned counsel for the applicant shall inform Sri S.C. Verma, learned counsel representing the opposite party nos. 1 & 2 about this order in writing by tomorrow i.e. 12.1.2010 alongwith the copy of this order passed today.
