The applicant is before this Court for a direction to initiate contempt proceeding against the opposite party for wilful disobedience of the interim order dated 6.12.2005 passed in Writ Petition No.73530 of 2005 (M/s Uman Trade Link Private Ltd. A-2, Site 4 Industrial Area Surajpur Pargana and Tehsil Dadri Distt. Gautambudh Nagar through its Managing Director Veena Agarwal Vs. The Additional Distt. Judge (Special Judge), S.C./S.T. Act, Gautambudh Nagar and others).
From perusal of the record, it appears that either the order of the writ Court has been complied with or the parties have lost their interest.
In the circumstances, it is needless to keep pending this contempt application.
In view of the same, the present contempt application is dismissed.
