This Criminal Petition is filed to quash FIR in Crime No. 77 of 2012 on the file of Subedari Police Station, Warangal Urban, for offences punishable under section 3 (1) (x) of SCs and STs [POA] Act, 1989 and section 506 IPC.
2. None appeared for the petitioner. Heard learned Public Prosecutor.
3. Learned Public Prosecutor submitted that Police have completed investigation and filed charge sheet and the same is registered as PRC.No. 30 of 2012 and subsequently PRC is numbered as SC.No. 51 of 2012 and the same is pending.
4. Since investigation is completed and charge sheet is also filed, which is registered as PRC.No. 30 of 2012 and numbered as SC.No. 51 of 2012, this criminal petition is dismissed as infructuous.
