JUDGMENT / ORDER

Having considered the application forwarded by the applicant through jail, so also considering the fact that the grandfather of the applicant - convict died on 3.3.2012 and further considering the fact that he remained absconding for 3186 days, when he was released on furlough leave in the year 2001, the application is dismissed.
