Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr. P. Raghavendra Reddy, learned standing counsel for fifth respondent.
It is not in controversy that the issue involved in these writ petitions is squarely covered by the order dated 28.2.2014 passed by this Court in W.P.No. 4606 of 2014 and batch.
Hence following the aforesaid order, these writ petitions are disposed of recording the submission of Sri B. Vijaysen Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners would not make any further construction without approval from the Gram Panchayat and the submission of Sri P. Raghavendra Reddy, learned standing counsel that any application which they shall make will be processed in accordance with law with utmost expedition. The miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall also stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
