On 5.12.2019 following order was passed :- "The petition arises out of proceedings under Section 145 Cr.P.C. The petition is, therefore, not cognizable by this Bench.
Registry is directed to put up the same before the appropriate Bench. "
On 3.1.2020 following order was passed :-
"Nobody is present on behalf of the petitioner to press the present writ petition even in the revised reading of the list.
List this case in the next cause list."
On the last date i.e. 15.7.2021 following order was passed :-
"List on 30.07.2021 in the additional cause list before appropriate Bench."
It appears from the record that the matter has become infructuous by efflux of time.
Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as infructuous. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
However, it will be open for the parties to move appropriate application within six weeks' from today, if the matter survives.
