ORDER
Challenging the order of dismissal, passed by the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Ulundurpet, in C.M.P.No.7999 of 2016, dated 21.11.2016, filed under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C, to register the complaint given by the petitioner, the present revision has been filed.
2. To day, the respondent had filed a counter affidavit stating that based on the complaint given by the petitioner after enquiry, the respondent police had registered a case in Crime No.136 of 2017 for the offences under Sections 294(b), 323, 324 & 506(ii) IPC.
3. In view of the same, nothing survives for adjudication in this revision.
4. In the result, the criminal revision petition is dismissed.
