This Criminal Petition is filed to quash FIR in Crime No. 84 of 2012 of Chapadu Police Station, Chapadu, YSR District, Kadapa.
2. None appeared for the petitioners.
3. Learned Public Prosecutor submitted that as per letter received from Station House Officer, Chapadu Police Station, dated 4/7/2014, police after completion of investigation filed charge sheet on 13/8/2012 and the same is registered as SC.No. 398 of 2012 on the file of Assistant Sessions Judge, Kadapa and the case stands posted to 25/7/2014 for appearance of the accused.
4. Since Police have completed investigation and filed charge sheet into court, which is also taken cognizance and registered as SC.No. 398 of 2012, this criminal petition is dismissed, as infructuous.
