The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner praying for a writ of mandamus directing the Board of Revenue, U.P. at Allahabad, i.e., respondent No. 1 to decide Second Appeal No. 2367 of 2016 (Arvind Kumar Sharma and Others Vs. Mool Chand and Others).
Without entering into the merits of the case, the Board of Revenue, U.P. at Allahabad, i.e., respondent No. 1 is directed to decide the aforesaid case within a period of six months from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before it, in case there is no legal impediment in deciding the aforesaid case.
With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
