Heard and perused the record.
It is evident from the letter of CJM Jhansi dated 28.4.2018 that sole appellant Mool Chandra had died 12 years ago. The said report of the CJM is as per circular issued by this Court.
In view of the above, as the sole appellant had died, present appeal stands abated.
