Petitioner's grievance is with regard to denial of retiral benefits including pension.
Learned counsel for the respondents states that withheld retiral benefits including pension have already been sanctioned and it shall be paid within a short period.
In view of the above, this writ petition stands disposed of with a direction upon the respondents to ensure that all withheld retiral benefits, including pension, is released to petitioner, within a period of two months from the date of presentation of certified copy of this order.
