Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing counsel for the State-respondent.
This writ petition has been filed praying for a direction to the respondent no.3 i.e. S.D.M., Meja to stop dispossess and encroachment being made by the private respondents regarding land of Original holding bearing No.2189 (2189/1, 2189/2, 2189/3, 2189/4 and 2189/5) situated in revenue Village Kathauli, Tehsil Meja, Allahabad during the pendency of Partition Suit No.216/377 of 2015.
After arguments were heard at some length, learned counsel for the petitioner states that petitioner wants to withdraw the writ petition and, therefore, it may be dismissed as withdrawn.
Learned standing counsel has no objection to the aforesaid request.
In view of the aforesaid, writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
