Learned counsel for the respondent is present. With the help of the learned counsel for the respondents we have perused the material on record. The dispute relates with regard to plot no. 57/2 and 57/4 which is said to be recorded as 'Rasta'. The grievance of the petitioner is that the respondents have no right to sell that land. The order sheet shows that on the earlier occasion also the matter was adjourned. No one is present to press this writ petition.
It appears that this writ petition has become infructuous by afflux of time or the petitioner has lost his interest to pursue the matter.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed.
We leave it open to the petitioner to move a recall application if the cause of action still survives or this order causes any prejudice to the rights of the petitioner.
