The sole prayer of the petitioner is that the Revision filed by the petitioner being Case No.C-2013160000549 of 2010-11 (Mool Chand vs. Bhola & Ors.) under section 219 of the U.P. Land Revenue Act, 1901 pending in the Court of Additional Commissioner, Vindhyachal Region, District Mirzapur may be decided expeditiously.
Learned Standing Counsel states that all endeavour shall be made to decide the aforesaid case.
It is, therefore, directed that the Case No.C- 2013160000549 of 2010-11 (Mool Chand vs. Bhola & Ors.) be decided within a period of four months from the date of presentation of a copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment. The copy of this order shall be duly certified by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
