Sri Ashok Kumar Yadav, learned counsel for the respondents points out that in somewhat similar facts and circumstance, this Court has already dismissed Writ Petition No.13167 of 2018 vide following order passed on 30.5.2018:-
"Petitioners have applied for recruitment to the post of Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT) (Math) pursuant to Advertisement No.1 of 2013 dated 29.12.2013. The results have been declared on 31.1.2017 and the petitioners feel aggrieved by it and are before this Court. Prayer is made to revise the result published on 31.1.2017 by correcting the answer of question no.17.
Admittedly written test was conducted on 1.2.2015. Answer Key was uploaded soon thereafter. Although it is stated that petitioners had filed an objection but it is not substantiated. Even if an objection was raised and had not been considered, it was open for the petitioners to have raised an objection or raised their grievance before an appropriate forum.
Except for making bald averments, nothing has been brought on record to show that petitioners pursued their objection. The final results were also declared on 31.1.2017. It is only after a year and a half that petitioners have approached this Court for modifying the result. There is no justification brought on record as to why the petitioners had not approached this Court within a reasonable period. As the result was declared on 31.1.2017, rights in favour of selected candidates may have crystallized by issuing appointment etc. At this belated stage, I am not inclined to entertain this petition.
Writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed."
Facts being similar, this petition is also dismissed.
