O R D E R Sri. Sathish M.Doddamani, learned Counsel for the petitioners.
Sri.Y.D.Harsha, learned Additional Government Advocate for respondents No.1 and 2. Smt.Shrividya Zirali, learned counsel for respondent No.3.
The petition is admitted for hearing. With the consent of learned Counsel for the parties, the matter is heard finally.
2. In these writ petition, petitioners, inter alia, seek quashment of order dated 4.12.2014.
3. When the matters were taken up today, learned counsel for the parties, jointly submit that the controversy involved in these instant writ petitions is covered by the order dated 19.08.2011 passed by a Bench of this Court in Writ Petition No.29270/2010.
4. In view of aforesaid submission and for the reasons assigned by a Bench of this Court in the order dated 19.08.2011 passed in Writ Petition No.29270/2010, the impugned order dated 4.12.2014 is hereby quashed and the writ petitions are disposed of on same terms with similar directions.
5. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on merits of the case of the parties.
Accordingly, the writ petitions are disposed of.
