Heard Sri Sanjay Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the state- respondents.
The only prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner may be provided with the copies of the answersheets of all the papers of Ist semester examination of UP D.EI.E.D Course-2017. The examination was held in the year 2018.
Learned Standing Counsel does not have any serious objection to the aforesaid prayer.
No useful purpose would be served by keeping this writ petition pending. The writ petition is being disposed of with the consent of the parties.
The petitioner shall submit an application before the respondent no. 2, Secretary, Examination Regulatory Authority, Government of U.P, Allahabad in the prescribed proforma and deposit the requisite fee for providing the copies of the answersheets of all the papers of Ist semester examination of UP D.EI.E.D Course-2017.
In case such application is made in the prescribed format and requisite fee is deposited, the respondent no. 2 shall ensure that the copies of the answersheets of all the papers of Ist semester examination of UP D.EI.E.D Course-2017 shall be provided to the petitioner within a period of one month from the date of receipt of such application and deposit of the prescribed fee along with a certified copy of this order.
The writ petition is disposed of finally.
