1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.
2. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that both the petitioners are major. The marriage of the petitioners has already been registered under the U.P. Marriage Registration Rules, 2017. The marriage certificate has been filed at page 25 of the paper book.
3. Since the petitioners are married against their parents' wishes, they are being harassed by the family members. Hence this petition.
4. This petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioners to approach the S.H.O., Police Station Kandala, District Shamli, who shall extend all necessary help and protection to the petitioners in terms of the Government Order dated 31.08.2019.
