JUDGMENT / ORDER

It is pointed that in Para.2 of the order dated 9.12.2011 disposing of the arbitration petition, due to over sight, name of Shri V.K.Dixit is mentioned as a senior most member of the panel of arbitrators. It is also pointed out that name of Shri V.K. Dixit be replaced in the said paragraph by Shri T. M. Jagannathan, who is a senior most member. The order shall stand corrected accordingly. Note disposed of.
