Heard Sri Prabhakar Awasthi, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State respondents.
By means of this writ petition, the petitioner has come to this Court for all the benefits admissible to the petitioner pursuant to her regularization under Section 33(G) of the Act no. 5 of 1982 on 22.03.2016.
The writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Joint Director of Education/respondent no. 2 to consider the claim of the petitioner in view of the judgement of this Court rendered in the case of Suman Bhatnagar Vs. State of U.P. and others reported in 2014(7) ADJ 19, as far as possible, within a period of three months from the date of presentation of certified copy of this order before it.
