Heard learned counsel for the revisionist and the learned A.G.A. for the State.
This application has been filed for seeking correction in the order dated 09.12.2019.
Learned counsel for the revisionist states that inadvertently, the second paragraph of the order dated 09.12.2019 has wrongly been transcribed. Therefore, the aforesaid mistakes occurring in the order dated 09.12.2019 be corrected accordingly.
Prayer made for is bona fide. Accordingly, the same is allowed.
The second paragraph of the order dated 09.12.2019 is scored out today as the same has wrongly been transcribed. In place of second paragraph of the order dated 09.12.2019, following paragraph shall be read:
"The present criminal revision has been filed to set aside the order dated 10.10.2019 passed by the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No.1, Moradabad passed in the application of the revisionist filed under Section 437(5) Cr.P.C. dated 23.07.2019 in Case Crime No. 231 of 2019, under Sections 452, 356, 354-B, 325, 323 IPC, Police Station-Bilari, District- Moradabad."
The aforesaid corrections shall form part of the earlier order dated 09.12.2019.
With the aforesaid directions, the present correction application stands finally disposed of.
