JUDGMENT / ORDER

(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE JAYANT PATEL) Pursuant to the earlier order dated 13.06.2012 passed by this Court, the learned AGP places on record the communication received by her dated 06.07.2012 from the DEO who is also personally present in the Court and states that the arrears of Rs.12,93,491/- minus professional tax has been paid.
In view of the above, no further action deserves to be taken. Hence, disposed of accordingly. Notice discharged.
