1. This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed seeking direction to the court below for early decision of Case No. 348/2011 (State Vs. Shakeel & Others), under Sections- 364, 302, 201, I.P.C., Police Station- Chapar, District- Muzaffarnagar.
2. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the trial has remained pending since 2012 and, at present, the testimony of PW-9 is pending since 06.07.2018.
3. The application is disposed of with a direction to the learned court below to conclude the trial proceedings, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
