The petitioner seeks implementation of Ext.P7 order issued by the Co-operative Arbitration Court(Northern) Kozhikode, staying suspension of the Petitioner on an application filed under Section 69 of the Co-operative Societies Act, (Kerala) 1969. The learned Senior Counsel appearing for the Bank would submit that the Ext.P7 order has now been stayed by the Tribunal in I.A No. 171/2014 in Revision Petition No.73/2014 pending before the Co-operative Tribunal, Thiruvananthapuram. In such circumstance, the petitioner has to avail of the remedies before the Co-operative Tribunal.
