HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C.V.NAGARJUNA REDDY
CONTEMPT CASE No.799 of 2014
ORDER:
This Contempt Case is filed alleging willful disobedience of order, dated 26.09.2013, in Wirt Petition No.22362 of 2013.
The petitioner alleged that though the Revision Petition was pending before respondent No.1, after remand of the case by this Court, and an order of status quo granted by this Court was subsisting, respondent No.3 has granted pattadar passbooks and title deeds to his adversary party.
On 04.07.2014, this Court has adjourned the case on the representation of the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue (Telangana area) that due to bona fide mistake, respondent No.3 has issued pattadar passbooks and title deeds in favour of the petitioner’s adversary party and that the same will be cancelled. The Contempt Case was, accordingly, adjourned to enable the respondents to do the needful.
Today, at the hearing, learned Government Pleader for Revenue (Telangana area) has placed before the Court proceedings in Rc.No.B/1895/2012, dated 07.07.2014, of respondent No.2, whereby he has cancelled the pattadar passbooks and title deeds issued to the petitioner’s rival claimant.
With the issuance of the above proceedings, the contempt, if any, committed by the respondents has got purged.
In view of the same, the Contempt Case is closed.
